ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter
Wita is a leadership coach, facilitator, and people development consultant dedicated to empowering leaders, teams, and individuals across Indonesia. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and consulting, she specializes in leadership assessment and development, helping clients deepen self-awareness, navigate change, and create meaningful impact.
Currently serving as the President-Elect of the ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter (2025–2027), Wita is passionate about advancing the coaching profession and fostering a culture of growth and learning within organizations and communities.
Her work includes individual and team coaching, leadership development programs, and inner leadership workshops that integrate psychology, coaching, and human-centered approaches. She holds the credentials of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from the International Coaching Federation, along with coaching education backgrounds in Transformative Coaching, Personal Mastery Evolutionary Coaching, Distinctive Professional Coaching, and Solution Focus Team Coaching.
Wita currently serves as an Associate Faculty Member at the Coaching Mentoring (CoMe) Institute, an Associate Psychologist at SAUH Psychological Services, and an Associate Consultant for several leadership development consulting firms. Previously, she worked with Daya Dimensi Indonesia, Ernst & Young Business Risk Services, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Nielsen Indonesia.
